Join our vibrant hostel team and be the heartbeat of our community! Help us with reception duties, keeping the space clean, and preparing cozy beds for our guests. Your role is key to creating a welcoming, friendly, and comfortable environment where travelers from around the world feel at home. No pressure, just teamwork, good vibes, and making meaningful connections every day.

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Restaurants: Get discounts at nearby restaurants.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Requirements

Beginner Spanish or Intermediate English

Between 18 and 40 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Activities & Shift

Flexible schedule: 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. You can choose to work on weekdays or weekends — whatever works best for you. We value your time and creativity!
