The experience

We help local tuktuk owners earn extra income by matching them with avid travellers (like you) who want a self-driving adventure like no other.

We’re looking for a fun, energetic, and digitally savvy volunteer to help us boost tourism in Cambodia while ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience. You’ll be the face of our tuk-tuk adventures—chatting with travelers, creating viral content, and turning strangers into friends.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

🚀 THE ROLE
We’re looking for a fun, energetic, and digitally savvy volunteer to help us boost tourism in Cambodia by giving them the literal keys to explore Cambodia unrestrained by bus routes, in turn ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience. You’ll be the face of our tuk-tuk adventures—chatting with travelers, creating viral content, and turning strangers into friends.

Not only that, but our vehicles are owned by locals allowing them to make significant income with a relatively cheap asset.

Activities & Shift

📌 Key Responsibilities:
Be the life of the base! Greet walk-ins, chat with guests, and hype up the tuk-tuk experience.

Create killer content: Generate Photos, reels, blogs, and stories showcasing the adventure to send to our head office's marketing team.

Social media guru: Engage on Reddit, FB groups, and Telegram to spread the word.

Party + promote: Help organize trips with our customers to things like Pub Street, temples, Kun Khmer fight nights, and the local Wake Park. We don't want to just hand them a vehicle, we want to ensure they truly experience this wonderful country.

Build partnerships: Team up with hostels, bars, and local attractions for cross-promotions that actually adds value to the customer and local community.

General Cleanliness: Keep the office (which is also your home) clean and welcoming for both staff and guests.
