The experience

We are looking for people to support us with the daily tasks and the smooth running of our surf camp. As part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining green areas and outdoor spaces. You’ll take care of our sports equipment, do minor repairs and touch-up work both indoors and outdoors.

If you join us in July or August, preparing meals and taking care of the team will be among your main tasks.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Cooking: Choose the menu, pick ingredients and cook delicious dishes.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Intermediate English or Beginner German

Over 18 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside Netherlands

Program Details

Our goal is first and foremost to give our guests a good and unforgettable stay. But we also want all employees and everyone around us to have a good time. As a volunteer, you are part of our team, in which we work and live together and want to learn from each other. That’s why we expect your commitment to be fully aligned with this spirit.

Activities & Shift

An average day starts around 8:30 am. Breakfast is prepared in the team kitchen so we can eat together at 9:00 am. After that, we plan the day, assign tasks, and get to work. Each day, we’ll discuss with you in advance what needs to be done. As a rule, your tasks include preparing meals and taking care of the team and the kitchen. In addition, you'll help tidy the green areas and outdoor facilities, and set up and clean the equipment needed for the season.

In general, you work five days a week, usually Monday to Friday or as arranged.
