Hello WWOOFers! August Volunteer Opportunity – Northern Rivers, NSW
We’re looking for two volunteers (a couple or two friends) to join us in August on our 75-acre property in the Byron Bay hinterland.
We’re based in Rosebank, surrounded by beautiful gardens, forest, and open space. Our property backs onto Nightcap National Park, where you can hike to Minyon Falls and take in the stunning scenery.
The work will include:
Clearing out a shipping container for a future conversion
Weeding, brush cutting, mowing and general garden maintenance
Helping us with building projects.
Burn pile management and a bit of hands-on outdoor work
In return for 20 to 25 hours per week, we offer:
All meals provided (we love to cook and enjoy good food and wine)
Self-contained private accommodation
WiFi, laundry and great facilities
We’re a friendly, easygoing gay couple who enjoy meeting new people and working alongside our volunteers.
Our dog is always keen to make new friends too.
We’re located:
45 minutes from Byron Bay
25 minutes from Mullumbimby
15 minutes to Clunes
30 minutes to Lismore
Having a car is handy, but not essential. Past volunteers have managed well without one, as we head into town regularly.
If this sounds like a good fit for you, send us a message and let’s chat.
Cheers,
Jason and Brett
