What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Pet Sitting: Taking care of and looking after pets.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Cooking: Choose the menu, pick ingredients and cook delicious dishes.

What you get

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

A calm, welcoming home just steps from the ocean and local market. Ideal for independent travelers, beach lovers, and digital nomads who enjoy meaningful routines, simple living, and animal company.

🧼 Light housekeeping: keep common areas and rooms clean
🏠 Oversee the property: ensure everything runs smoothly and report needs
🙋‍♂️ Welcome guests, answer basic questions, maintain calm environment
🐶 Feed, walk & care for 3 sweet dogs daily
📦 Monitor supplies and keep spaces stocked and organized
📲 Stay in contact with owner/manager for updates

Activities & Shift

🗓️ Activities & Shifts
Workdays: 5 days per week (flexible)
Days Off: 2 full consecutive days off per week
Daily Schedule: 8-hour workdays (can be split between morning and afternoon)

🧹 Housekeeping & Light Cleaning
Daily cleaning of patios and shared areas
Light dusting and inspection of guest rooms (occupied or unoccupied)
Organization of kitchen, bathrooms, common spaces, and laundry
Monitoring and restocking supplies (soap, toilet paper, etc.)
Overall supervision of cleanliness throughout the property

🐶 Pet Care
Feed 3 friendly dogs in the morning and evening
Check water bowls and ensure their safety throughout the day
Make sure they stay within the property (no walking required)

🏠 Property Management Tasks
Welcome and orient new guests if they arrive during your shift
Oversee smooth operation of the house daily
Report any issues or needs to the owner
Ensure a calm, clean, and respectful environment
Support with small daily tasks or unexpected needs

⏳ Total Daily Workload: 8 hours
📅 Time Off: 2 full days off per week
🕓 Flexibility: You can organize your day freely as long as tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled

Rules

🏠 House Rules
Para mantener una convivencia armónica y respetuosa en el hogar, te pedimos seguir estas reglas básicas:

🚫 Conducta
No se permite el consumo de drogas ni el abuso de alcohol.
Está prohibido fumar dentro de la casa. Puedes hacerlo solo en las áreas exteriores designadas.
No está permitido alojar personas externas.
Se permite visitas a las áreas comunes solo con autorización previa.
Evita actitudes o conductas que alteren la paz del hogar. Este es un espacio tranquilo.

⏰ Horarios y Respeto
Respeta los horarios de silencio: de 9:00 PM a 7:00 AM.
Sé considerado/a con el descanso de otros y el bienestar de los perritos.
Evita ruidos fuertes, música alta o actividades que puedan incomodar.

🧼 Orden y Limpieza
Mantén tu habitación limpia y ordenada.
Limpia los utensilios, platos y áreas de cocina después de usarlos.
Cuida los materiales, herramientas y mobiliario — este es tu hogar temporal, trátalo con cariño.
Si rompes o dañas algo por accidente, por favor avísanos de inmediato.

🐾 Cuidado de los animales
Trata a los perritos con respeto y paciencia. No están para ser corregidos ni dominados, sino acompañados con cariño.
