The experience
We’re looking for passionate volunteers to help teach football, sports, and arts to children and young people in local communities. Whether you’re a skilled athlete, a coach in the making, or just love painting and drawing — your energy and time can spark confidence, teamwork, and creativity in others.
What you offer
20 hours of help per week
Photography:
Take, edit and provide amazing photos.
Teaching Sports:
Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.
Teaching Languages:
Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.
Arts:
Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.
What you get

Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Team Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

This volunteer program aims to:
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and confidence through football and sports.
• Encourage self-expression and creativity through art-based activities.
• Create a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment where children can grow emotionally, physically, and socially.
Activities & Shift
⚽ Football Training & Sports Activities
• Organizing warm-up drills and matches.
• Teaching basic football techniques and team strategies.
• Leading other sports or physical education games (relay races, obstacle courses, etc.).
• Promoting fair play, teamwork, and confidence.
🎨 Art & Creative Expression
• Facilitating painting, drawing, and craft sessions.
• Organizing group art projects (murals, posters, exhibitions).
• Helping children express thoughts and feelings through creativity.
• Supporting therapeutic and confidence-building art activities.
💬 Additional Responsibilities
• Helping with classroom or outdoor activity setup and clean-up.
• Encouraging participation and engagement among all children.
• Assisting local teachers or coordinators where needed.
Rules
To maintain a respectful, safe, and effective environment for both volunteers and the local community, all participants are expected to follow these rules:
🔹 1. Respect the Local Culture
• Be open-minded and culturally sensitive at all times.
• Dress modestly and appropriately, especially during activities with children or in public areas.
• Follow local customs and traditions; ask if you’re unsure.
🔹 2. Commitment & Punctuality
• Arrive on time for all scheduled activities.
• Stay committed to your responsibilities during your volunteering period.
• Inform your coordinator in advance if you’re sick or unavailable.
🔹 3. Appropriate Behavior with Children
• Always maintain professional and respectful boundaries.
• No physical punishment, shouting, or inappropriate behavior.
• Avoid giving gifts or money directly to children (speak with the coordinator first if you wish to donate).
🔹 4. Substance Use & Safety
• No alcohol or drug use during volunteering hours or at the project site.
• Smoking only in designated areas, and never around children.
• Violence, theft, or any illegal activity will result in immediate dismissal.
🔹 5. Collaboration & Teamwork
• Work positively with fellow volunteers and local staff.
• Take initiative but be flexible—plans can change.
• Respect decisions made by the program coordinators.
🔹 6. Media & Photography
• Always ask for permission before taking photos of children or staff.
• Do not share images publicly without the program’s consent, especially involving minors.
• Respect privacy and dignity in all media content.
🔹 7. Housing & Community Conduct (if applicable)
• Keep shared accommodations clean and organized.
• Be considerate of roommates and neighbors.
• Observe quiet hours where required.
