What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.


What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Parties: Get free entrance for the best parties in town.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details

We are a local community hub in Mima City, Tokushima, operating a guesthouse and a YouTube Channel called "Kizuna Street (https://www.youtube.com/@KizunaStreet)". Please check it

We create documentaries to introduce Japanese rural life, nature, and traditional culture to the world.

We are now launching a new tourism promotion project with Mima city government. and are seeking talented video creators, YouTubers, or photographers with storytelling skills. You will stay with us, explore hidden places like the Anabuki River and the Udatsu townscape, and create impactful content for a global audience.


Activities & Shift

>> Research and plan your own filming angles and storylines

>> Film local people, nature, events, and culture

>> Create 1 or more main video (3–5 minutes) for our tourism promotion campaign

>> Create 2 or more short vertical videos (1 minute each) for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

>> Edit documentary-style videos for YouTube & Instagram

>> Join community events and give feedback

>> Expected 4 hours per day, 5 days a week

>> No commercial use of footage without permission

>> Collaborative attitude is highly appreciated
