The experience

Want to make a real impact with your camera and live the eco life in the Brazilian rainforest? Eco Caminhos is looking for a creative videographer to join our international community at a pioneering permaculture farm in the mountains near Nova Friburgo. You’ll be the visual storyteller behind our sustainable projects—bioconstruction, agroforestry, and hands-on farm life—while living among a vibrant, global crew of volunteers.


What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.


What you get

3 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Permaculture Course: Take part in our Permaculture course for free.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details

Your lens will capture the magic of daily life: harvesting organic veggies, building natural homes, weekend hikes, and authentic community moments. Expect a some hours each week of physical work in the agroforest, but most of your time will be spent filming, editing, and creating content that inspires others to live sustainably. Whether you’re documenting workshops, sharing social media stories, or filming real-life connections, your work will help spread the message of restoring our harmony with nature.
