The experience

We host a nature first experience. Our passion is boating, and we offer private tours in the city of Himare. We love what we do and we are very busy during the summer months. So we are always looking for help in ticket sales. In exchange we offer our backpackers a free stay at our friends at Pineside Camping. Other benefits we will discuss in private.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

What you get

2 days off per week

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate English

Between 21 and 35 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

1. Ticket Sales & Reservations
• Offer tickets for various boat tours to customers through online platforms, physical offices, or kiosks.
• Facilitate both individual and group bookings.
2. Customer Assistance
• Provide detailed information about tour itineraries, departure schedules, pricing, and available packages.
• Offer recommendations based on customer preferences.
3. Payment Processing
• Handle payments through multiple channels, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets.
• Ensure secure transactions and provide receipts or digital confirmations.
4. Collaboration with Tour Operators
• Maintain real-time updates on boat availability, schedule changes, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with boat tour operators for smooth check-ins and passenger management.
5. Marketing & Promotions
• Promote special deals, seasonal discounts, and group packages.
• Use digital tools, social media, and email campaigns to attract customers.

Activities & Shift

It’s basic, we sell tickets from 7pm to 12 am at the kiosk. Then morning routine is to take the passengers and guide them to the dock of Himare showing them the boat
