The experience

Are you passionate about nature, adventure, and working with children? As an Outdoor Kids Animator, you’ll lead engaging and safe outdoor activities for children aged 4–12. Your energy, creativity, and ability to connect with kids will turn each day into a new adventure—whether it's a forest treasure hunt, nature craft workshop, mini hiking trail, or storytelling by the campfire.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Child Care: Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.

What you get

5 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Restaurants: Get discounts at nearby restaurants.

Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Fluent English or Fluent Russian

Between 19 and 55 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers
