The experience

Are you a creative soul with a passion for storytelling, social media, and video creation? Come live the tropical life at our tropical hostel and help us share it with the world!

What you’ll do:
-Capture the magic of hostel life, the beach, and Taganga in photos and videos
-Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
-Edit and post reels/stories that show the vibe of our place
-Write fun and friendly captions in English

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details

How the Volunteer Program Works 🌴

As a Social Media & Content Volunteer, you'll work closely with our hostel manager, who will guide and support you throughout your stay. Together, you’ll plan the weekly content, brainstorm creative ideas, and coordinate daily tasks.

You’ll have a lot of freedom to explore and capture the beauty of our tropical surroundings! Part of your role includes taking small walking tours around Taganga to discover the village, meet local people, and gather footage or photos. These outings are flexible and fun — we encourage creativity and want you to enjoy the experience as much as our guests do.

Activities & Shift

Schedule & Flexibility:
We ask for around 5 hours a day, 5 days a week — but the schedule is flexible. You can arrange your time depending on the light for filming, planned hostel events, or moments that are best for capturing the vibe. We trust you to organize your work with freedom and responsibility.

You’ll have plenty of time to swim, relax, hike, or go diving. Taganga is small and inspiring — perfect for creators looking for authenticity and adventure.
