The experience
Are you passionate about youth development, coaching sports, or being a role model? Come join us in Malawi and help mentor young people through football, netball, life skills, and leadership programs. No formal coaching experience is needed just energy, empathy, and a love for teamwork!
What you offer
18 hours of help per week
Teaching Sports:
Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

Description:
volunteers are encouraged to contribute 17$ per day which goes towards accommodation, three meals per day as well as utilities and security
What you get

Between 18 and 80 years old

Program Details
In our rural and semi-urban communities, young people face limited access to extracurricular activities or adult mentorship. Through our youth mentorship and sports program, we provide structured, safe, and fun ways for teenagers to build confidence, learn discipline, and dream bigger.
As a volunteer, you’ll help organize sports sessions (football, netball, volleyball, etc.) and youth clubs focused on life skills, health education, or career guidance. You’ll be supported by local coaches and teachers who will help you understand the local context and engage effectively.
This is more than just sports you’ll help shape future leaders, support students in tough environments, and create unforgettable bonds through teamwork and play.
Activities & Shift

Rules
Ideal Volunteer Profile:
• Enjoys working with youth (ages 10–18)
• Have a passion for sports, coaching, mentoring, or leadership
• Creative and flexible willing to adapt to limited resources
• Ready to be a role model and part of a close-knit community
Bonus if you have:
• Experience in coaching, youth work, or education
• Knowledge of first aid or physical education
• Equipment or ideas to make training more fun
