The accomodation, food and other volunteers were the highlight of this experience, but unfortunately I did not feel respected by Onur and left after a week. I was put onto the housekeeping shift which was physically exhausting, non-stop work for 4-5 hours a day. My manager berated me in front of other staff and guests for taking a moment to catch my breath and have a drink. When I told Onur I was uncomfortable continuing in my role, I was told to deal with it or leave. It's a shame that I had a negative experience at Sole'NBlu with the management, because everything else was amazing.

The expériences a was wonderful with a good staffs , the other residents are amazing, the tasks were specific and very flexible, without any big difficult. they explained to me very well how things worked there, thanks for the experience, it was perfect.

It was a good experience volunteering in the hostel. Easy things to do and we have time for enjoy around, after the shift time. The only thing the responsible of the volunteers called Ayşenur, was new working there and she doesn't speak English at all and the communication was little difficult sometime we didn't understand what she want us to do. She didn't plan before our schedule and was a little confused sometime. Other than that we always have support of the host that was on vacation in that time, he always try to help us even if he was far. I recommend if you go there talk with him.

I had a lot of fun with the volunteers, the team was great. What I didn't like was the organization. It wasn't the best. It was not clear who had free time and who had to work when. Only at the end of my time was there a plan. To work: Because it wasn't high season, it wasn't strenuous. But I don't want to work there in the summer. I've made a lot of beds in my life, but it really wasn't fun here. I found the bed linens impractical.

Mi voluntariado en el hostel fue una experiencia muy enriquecedora. Realicé labores de limpieza de exteriores y zonas comunes, lo que me permitió aportar al buen funcionamiento del lugar, el lugar es precioso, con unas vistas increíbles que hacen que cada día de trabajo sea especial. Quiero resaltar la labor de Peri, Feiza y Zakia, quienes estuvieron siempre pendientes de mi trabajo. Fueron muy pacientes al momento de comunicarnos, ya que no domino el idioma, y siempre me trataron con mucha amabilidad Gracias a ellas la experiencia fue aún más positiva

Mi experiencia en Sole'n Blu no podría ser mejor. Fui voluntaria durante un mes ayudando en la cocina de 7:30-12:30. Las tareas super simples y luego tenía todo el día para disfrutar y conocer. Todo el staff y los voluntarios fueron super amables conmigo, nos divertimos mucho y realmente me sentí como en casa. El desayuno y las comidas son muy abundantes y deliciosas. Super recomiendo la experiencia ✨ Sin dudas volveré pronto!

Minha experiência foi boa no geral, uma bela paisagem e algumas praias acessíveis por transporte público ou carona. Pery e Ünzile foram pessoas muito receptivas e especiais. Sempre há muito trabalho e era exigido o cumprimento das 5 horas. O café da manhã era muito bom, senti falta de uma melhor comunicação com o anfitrião responsável pelo app, colaboração e troca cultural com o restante da equipe.

Un lugar mágico, me gustó la energía de las personas que tuve a mi alrededor peri, burak y los voluntarios, creo que podría mejorar Onur con su paciencia para las personas que no saben hablar inglés, aunque pienso que se fuera conversado muy bueno, sin duda alguna creo que las pocas veces que se compartió no se pudo llegar a conversaciones por mi inglés bajo, del resto creo que para las personas que quieran llegar a un lugar a descansar está perfecto, ya que para conocer y viajar está difícil porque solo te dan un día y las horas de trabajo ocupan parte de la mañana y de la tarde.
