We’re looking for a creative and passionate videographer / marketing professional to join us in documenting regenerative tourism.

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

What you get

3 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Requirements

Intermediate English or Beginner Spanish

Between 18 and 42 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Be from outside Ecuador

European Union Passport

United States visa or citizenship

Activities & Shift

⏰ 20 hours per week – 3 days off
Capture high-quality audiovisual content (photo + video) of community tourism experiences.
Interview locals and travelers.
Create short videos and reels for social media and our website.
Contribute to storytelling that showcases the cultural, ecological, and human impact of regenerative tourism.
Support our team in content strategy and digital storytelling.

Rules

Disrespectful behavior toward community members, teammates, or the environment.
Unauthorized drone use (we’ll guide you on permissions).
Alcohol or drug use during working hours or in community spaces.
Sharing content publicly without prior review and consent from our team and communities.
