Hi everyone! Iβm MiMi, an English teacher from Vietnam π»π³. I run a small home-based English center where underprivileged children learn English in a warm and supportive environment. We believe in kindness, sharing, and growing together. π±β¨
Weβd love to welcome you to our home to support English classes and enjoy an immersive cultural exchange. ππ¬
What you offer
25 hours of help per week
Social Work:
Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.
Teaching Languages:
Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.
What you get
2 days off per week
Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch:
You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Bikes at your disposal:
You can use our bikes any time you want.
Use our equipped kitchen:
Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.
Fast Internet Access:
High-speed internet for you to work remotely
Requirements
Fluent English
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers
What's not included
Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa
Program Details
π Volunteer Role
Youβll become part of our family and help out with:
π Evening English Classes (5pmβ8pm):
β’ Support kids with speaking, pronunciation & games
β’ Assist me during class (1.5β3.5 hours/day)
π Morning (occasionally):
β’ Light childcare (help me with my 1-year-old daughter πΆ)
β’ Help with cooking or cleaning if classes arenβt scheduled
π§Ό Daily Help:
β’ Wash a few dishes π₯£
β’ Help me prepare simple meals when possible π³
