Join our guided Himalayan treks as a paying participant and help us with photos, videos, or simple content during the journey.
⚠️ Note: You must pay for the trek, but in return, you’ll get an authentic experience, walk with our team, and be part of something meaningful.

Program Details
By applying to this experience, you agree to the following:
1. You understand this is a paid experience, and you are responsible for covering the full trek cost. This includes permits, meals, accommodation, transportation, and guide services, which will be clearly communicated before confirmation.
2. You agree to participate as a guest trekker, joining our guided Himalayan expedition as part of the group.
3. You agree to help us with photos, videos, or simple content during the trek (phone or camera is fine). No technical expertise required — just a willingness to contribute.
4. You are physically fit and ready for a multi-day trek, which may include walking 5–7 hours per day at high altitudes.
5. You understand that internet or phone signal may not be available during some parts of the trek.
6. You agree to be respectful, flexible, and culturally aware while trekking with our team and guests.
Activities & Shift
Activities:
1. Join daily multi-hour trekking sessions on the Himalayan trails (typically 5–7 hours of walking per day).
2. Capture photos and videos of the trek, landscapes, and group moments during rest stops or breaks.
3. Assist in creating short social media content or share quick updates when possible.
4. Engage with guides, guests, and local communities for cultural exchange.
Shifts:
1. Trekking activities usually start early in the morning around 7:00 AM and continue until mid-afternoon (3:00–5:00 PM), depending on the day’s itinerary.
2. Content creation and photo/video help can be done during breaks, evenings, or downtime.
3. Flexible hours outside trekking for rest and personal time.
Rules
1.Payment: You must pay the full trek cost before departure. No exceptions.
2. Physical Fitness: You must be physically prepared for long days of trekking at high altitude.
3. Respect: Treat guides, staff, fellow trekkers, and local communities with respect and kindness at all times.
4. Punctuality: Be on time for daily departures, meetings, and activities.
5. Safety: Follow all safety instructions from guides and staff. Your safety is our priority.
6. Contribution: Assist with photos, videos, or content creation as agreed, but no heavy workload expected.
7. Behavior: No drugs, excessive alcohol, or disruptive behavior permitted.
8. Environment: Respect the environment; carry out all trash and follow Leave No Trace principles.
9. Communication: Understand that internet and phone access may be limited or unavailable during the trek.
10. Flexibility: Be prepared to adapt to changing weather, schedules, or conditions.
