Description:
As we are a non-governmental orphanage, we operate entirely through donations and small contributions. To help us provide food, utilities, and basic comfort during your stay, we kindly ask for a small fee of 7 euros per day, which goes directly toward supporting the children and your accommodation.

Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch:

Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Fluent English
Between 18 and 50 years old
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

We are a grassroots orphanage seeking a passionate and skilled volunteer web designer to help us build or upgrade our official website.
Your contribution will help us:

Design and develop a responsive, user-friendly website (or improve the existing one)
Create and organize key pages: Home, About Us, Our Children, How to Help, Contact
Integrate online donation tools (PayPal, Stripe, etc.)
Format written content and images for clarity and emotional impact
Ensure accessibility and intuitive navigation

Ideal Volunteer:
Has experience with platforms like WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or coding skills (HTML/CSS/JS)
Understands UX design and how to communicate for nonprofits
Is creative, proactive, and open to working remotely or on-site
Can dedicate a few hours per day for the duration of the project
We donβt expect perfection β just passion and a heart for impact π
Activities & Shift
Flexible schedule: approx. 4β5 hours per day, 5 days a week
No strict time slots β work at your own pace
Optional: spend time with the children, join fun activities, or explore Mombasa's beautiful beaches and vibrant culture on your time off ποΈπ
