Join our surf hostel in Tamraght and bring your creativity to life! You’ll help us share our vibe online through photos and videos, while also joining the team for light daily tasks and connecting with travelers from all over the world.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

What you get

1 day off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Discounts on Accommodation: Get discounts for your stay in other hostels.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Intermediate English or Intermediate Spanish

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

As our Social Media & Content Creator volunteer, you’ll help us capture and share those special moments that make our hostel unique — from surf sessions and yoga classes to sunsets, laughter, and the relaxed vibe that connects everyone here.

Your main role will be to create photo and video content for our social media channels, help manage posts and stories, and keep our online presence authentic and engaging. Besides that, you’ll also take part in light daily hostel tasks — like helping with breakfast, dinner, check-ins, or keeping common areas tidy — which are rotated among volunteers, so everyone contributes equally.
We’re looking for a creative, responsible, and proactive person who enjoys both digital storytelling and real human connections.

You’ll stay in our surf hostel in Tamraght, sharing space with other volunteers in a friendly, international atmosphere. We provide daily breakfast and dinners, plus plenty of free time to surf, explore, and enjoy the laid-back Moroccan coast. This position also gives you creative freedom to express your ideas, build your content skills, and be part of a warm, supportive community by the beach.


Activities & Shift

Capturing photo and video content of the hostel, surf sessions, guests, and daily life.

Creating and posting stories, reels, or posts for social media.

Supporting with light hostel tasks, rotated among volunteers: helping with breakfast, dinner setup, check-ins, or keeping common areas clean and cozy.

Sharing creative ideas to improve our social media presence.

Engaging with guests and making sure the good vibes flow online and offline.
