Be part of the Costeño Beach Hostel family, right in front of the Caribbean Sea. Join our reception team, meet travelers from all over the world, and learn the daily operations of a hostel while enjoying paradise.


What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Fluent English and Fluent Spanish

Between 21 and 50 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside Colombia

Program Details

En Costeño Beach Hostel buscamos voluntarios para unirse a nuestro equipo de recepción, apoyando con la atención a huéspedes, check-in/check-out, responder correos y compartir con nuestros viajeros.

Tendrás turnos de 6 horas en la mañana o en la tarde, lo que te deja tiempo libre para disfrutar la playa, el surf y nuestras actividades.

Es una oportunidad ideal para quienes desean ganar experiencia en hospitalidad, mejorar idiomas y vivir en un ambiente multicultural frente al mar Caribe.

At Costeño Beach Hostel we welcome volunteers to join our reception team, helping with guest service, check-in/check-out, answering emails, and connecting with travelers.

You will work 6-hour shifts in the morning or afternoon, leaving plenty of free time to enjoy the beach, surf, and our activities.

This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to gain hospitality experience, practice languages, and live in a multicultural community by the Caribbean Sea.

Activities & Shift

Turnos de 6 horas, en la mañana o en la tarde.
Atención y servicio a huéspedes.
Check-in y check-out.
Conversar con los viajeros y crear buena vibra.
Responder mensajes de huéspedes y no huéspedes, ayudar con entrega de cuartos, atención al cliente.

Schedule
6-hour shifts, either in the morning or afternoon.

Talking with guests and creating good vibes.
Replying to guest and non-guest emails.

Rules

Respetar y convivir en armonía con otros compañeros voluntarios y staff.
Ser responsable con los horarios asignados.
Presentarse siempre en buen estado y con actitud positiva.
