Description:
volunteers or interns are encouraged to contribute 17$ per day which goes towards accommodation, three meals per day as well as security.

Intermediate English
Between 18 and 80 years old
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details
As a volunteer, your contributions will support both the immediate needs and long-term empowerment of schoolgirls in the region. Your work will be hands-on, educational, and community-centered.
🌸 How You’ll Make a Difference:
Reusable Pad Distribution
Assist in distributing eco-friendly sanitary pads to students, ensuring girls can attend school comfortably and consistently.
Educational Workshops
Help lead sessions on menstrual hygiene, body literacy, and self-care — breaking taboos and building confidence.
Training Youth Leaders
Support local youth in becoming community educators, ensuring sustainability and peer-to-peer empowerment.
Awareness Campaigns
Work on creative initiatives like posters, school talks, and community forums to normalize conversations around menstruation.
Monitoring & Evaluation
Gather feedback from students and schools to help track the program’s impact and propose improvements.

Activities & Shift
You’ll volunteer around 17 hours per week, with two full days off to rest or explore Malawi.
Activities may include:
School visits for pad distribution
Workshop preparation and facilitation
Planning awareness materials
Supporting youth mentor meetings
Collecting stories, photos, and testimonials (with consent)
