The experience

I have an HMO which has short-term guests in the summer and long-term tenants through the winter and I need someone to help me manage the through-flow of people, maintain and clean the house, report problems that need professional attention. I also have other properties which need periodically cared for.


What you offer

10 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.


What you get

4 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely


Requirements

Fluent English

Between 25 and 45 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers


What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa


Program Details

Cleaning rooms after guests have left, identifying and reporting any damage. Cleaning the stairwells and bathrooms (typically before guests move in). Taking photos and updating adverts. Giving viewings, both in person and remote. Being available to help third parties fix things (mainly by being there and offering them tea).

Depends on the arrival and departure of guests and tenants.
