The experience

Are you looking to get your hands dirty and be part of something meaningful by the sea? We’re currently building a new wall and need some extra help with concrete work and excavation here at Elm on the Beach, a beautiful beachfront hotel transforming into a full resort.

What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Program Details

Elm on the Beach is a beachfront resort in the process of expanding and improving our facilities. Right now, we’re focusing on constructing a new wall, which involves excavation and concrete work. Volunteers joining during this period will help us with hands-on construction tasks while enjoying a relaxed beachside lifestyle. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in DIY, learning new skills, and contributing to a meaningful community project.

Activities & Shift

Activities & Shifts

Volunteers will help with:
• Digging and leveling the ground
• Preparing and pouring concrete
• Supporting general wall-building and clean-up work

🕘 Shift: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
🍴 Includes lunch break (meals provided)
🗓 5 days a week with 2 days off

Volunteers may also join other ongoing tasks like gardening, caring for animals, or community projects depending on interest and ability.
