IMPORTANT INFO: I only need volunteers from March - June and August- November because classes in Argentina are different from most countries in the world; we start in March and we finish in December.
Teachers are specially welcomed!
The maximum days I can host is 15 days. (Some exceptions can be arranged for English teachers).

Volunteers have to speak English, C1 level preferably since the main task they are going to do is share their culture at the schools where I work.
Other volunteers who can't communicate in English are welcome too, but will have other jobs such as gardening and/or cleaning.
I live in a quiet village next to the beautiful Parana river, in the North East part of Argentina. Its name is Itá Ibaté, which are Guaraní words. It's located 60 km away from one of the gates of the Iberá Wetland (Los Esteros del Iberá) called "Portal Cambyretá".
This village is the perfect place where you can experience local culture and travel to other beautiful towns such as Itatí, Ituzaíngo, Corrientes (capital), etc.
Itá Ibaté is famous for sport fishing. Every year in June we have a fishing regional competition, "La fiesta provincial de la Boga y el Pacú", which are two types of fish.

Activities & Shift

Most lessons are in the afternoon and evening, generally from 5pm to 10pm. When working at the public schools some presentations (lessons) will be in the morning.
I ask for 3 hours of job everyday from Monday to Friday. In some cases we can group 4 hours and day and 2 in the following one.

Rules

The most important thing is to be respectfull. I love hosting and try to provide a great experience so I expect good energy in return :)
Working at schools requires a specific dress code (no shorts, skirts, flip-flops, revealing blouses, etc). It's not necessary to wear formal clothes.
As regards the house, you'll have it clean and tidy and that's the way I expect you to keep it while you're there and specially before you leave.
