Program Details

The Nego Foundation Free Voluntary Training Program is designed to empower young people, women, and vulnerable groups in Malawi with essential skills and knowledge to improve their livelihoods. Through practical workshops and mentorship, participants are equipped in areas such as entrepreneurship, leadership, business administration, community service, and personal development.

The program is voluntary and free of charge, ensuring that every interested individual, regardless of background or financial status, has access to opportunities for growth. By focusing on hands-on learning, teamwork, and problem-solving, the training prepares participants to create employment opportunities, support community initiatives, and become positive change-makers in society.

Our ultimate goal is to build empowered communities where individuals are not only skilled but also motivated to give back and uplift others.
