The experience
Join us in Santo Domingo, Ecuador, and help students improve their English through fun conversations and activities. Volunteer 4 hours/day, 5 days/week, with 2 days off. Stay in private on-site housing with breakfast and lunch included. Share culture, connect with locals, and empower youth through education—creating impact for a more inclusive and sustainable world.
What you offer

Teaching Languages:
Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch:
You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Free Hiking Tours:
We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!
Pick Up:
We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.
Language lessons:
Take free language classes at our place.
Use our equipped kitchen:
Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.
Fast Internet Access:
High-speed internet for you to work remotely
Dedicated Workspace:

Fluent English
Over 18 years old
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

🌟 What We Expect From You:
We ask that you bring an open mind, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in connecting with our students. Your main role will be to support English learners through conversation-based activities. No formal teaching is required—just your willingness to speak, listen, and encourage!
You’ll:
Join speaking practice sessions (small groups or one-on-one)
Help during recreational or cultural activities
Engage students in fun, educational games or discussions
Be present and participative during afternoon/evening sessions
We expect you to volunteer approximately 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, and to respect the values of inclusivity, patience, and collaboration in our learning environment.
