The experience

We're looking for a friendly, welcoming volunteer to help during peak check-in and check-out hours. You'll assist with guest arrivals, use the hostel PMS system, and help show guests to their rooms. A great opportunity to gain front desk experience in a relaxed, social environment. Private accommodation provided just 1km from the hostel.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Fluent English

Between 18 and 50 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Please note: If you miss a scheduled shift without prior notice or a valid reason, you'll be required to cover the cost of your accommodation for that day.
