It was a wonderful experience. The best team, thanks to Josue, Robin, Alejandro, Diego, Naidelyn. For 5 weeks there were practically no problems here, work in the bar was good if you like this industry. Of all my volunteer experiences, this one is the best.

Nice experience. Incredibly welcoming team, as well as the other volunteers, which is why it's highly recommended for solo travelers. Felt at home from day one. Schedule flexible enough to accommodate your needs (remote work, leisure time, etc). Location is great and the place itself has many different spots to unwind and connect. Working in different areas such as marketing, bar, experience, tours made me have a holistic approach to hospitality. Would definitely come back!

The three weeks I spent here flew by so fast! From the very first day I felt like part of a big family, surrounded by warmth, smiles and genuine kindness. I worked in the marketing team, learned so much, and loved our lunch breaks all together, my favorite moments, full of laughter, stories and real connection that made me feel at home. A huge thank you to Josue for being not just a great leader but a real friend, and to Carolina, Leo, Diego and Robinson for filling every day with joy. I wish I could have stayed longer, but Bolivia is waiting for me.

Mi experiencia como voluntaria fue realmente especial y enriquecedora. Desde el primer día sentí un ambiente acogedor, cercano y muy humano. El equipo siempre estuvo dispuesto a apoyarme, orientarme y hacerme sentir parte de la casa, no solo como voluntaria sino como alguien importante dentro del proyecto. Las tareas eran claras, organizadas y se desarrollaban en un espacio donde todos colaborábamos. el hotel es un lugar que te enseña, te reta y te conecta con personas maravillosas y me voy agradecida por todo lo vivido. 💕

Disfruté mucho mí estancia en el hotel. Estaba profesora de yoga y también ayudé en la barra donde me divertí mucho hablando con los huéspedes y compañeros. Trabajé sobre todo con Josue, Alejandro y Robin, todos son corazones! Cualquier problema, puedes hablarles. Intentan mucho hacer el horario junto contigo para que puedas visitar los alrededores de Arequipa, que son hermosas (si logras salir del hotel, porque allí mismo puedes pasar el tiempo muy lindo en el jardin que es hermoso). En general el equipo muy buena honda. Aprendi mucho enseñando 3-4 veces a la semana y me voy muy agradecida :)

Estaba aquí por 3 semanas y trabajé como bartender. El hotel es muy lindo y no sabía que el staff van a estar mis mejores amigos. Arequipa es un ciudad donde me divertido mucho. Muy recomendable :)

✨ A beautiful and peaceful space in Arequipa. The yoga shala is amazing, and I had the chance to guide bilingual classes (Spanish & English), which was truly enriching. I also supported as a waiter, connecting with the team and guests. A great place to share, grow, and flow. 💫 Un espacio muy agradable en Arequipa, con una energía tranquila. Mi experiencia en el hotel fue simplemente increíble. Desde el primer día me sentí bienvenida gracias a la calidez de Josué y todo su equipo, quienes siempre se encargaron de que mi estadía fuera la mejor y de que me sintiera bien en todo momento. Las instalaciones son cómodas, limpias y muy bien cuidadas, lo que hizo que cada día allí fuera agradable y especial. El ambiente es acogedor y siempre hay una buena energía que te hace sentir como en casa. Recomiendo el hotel al 100% a cualquier viajero o voluntario que busque una experiencia auténtica, enriquecedora y llena de buenos momentos ✨
