The experience

Help us to greet and meet students both private school or class By welcoming students with a smile, small talk, and helpful guidance, volunteers contribute to a more inclusive and friendly learning atmosphere.
Volunteers will: train the students to speak english
Help new students feel welcome and assist them in finding their class or teacher.
We expect volunteers to be punctual, friendly, and respectful.


What you offer

18 hours of help per week

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 15 Per day

Fee pays for: Materials for volunteer activities

Description: Volunteers contribute $15 per day to cover expenses for food, local tour, maintenance, or financing our organization.


What you get

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely


Requirements

Intermediate English

Between 18 and 50 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Be from outside Indonesia


What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa


Program Details

We expect volunteers to be punctual, friendly, and respectful. A typical day may include a short prep meeting, greeting students during arrival times, and supporting the learning environment by being available for casual English conversation and encouragement.

1. Be Punctual
Arrive on time for your scheduled activities. Being punctual shows respect for others’ time and keeps things running smoothly.

2. Be Friendly and Respectful
Treat everyone—students, staff, and fellow volunteers—with kindness, patience, and respect. Positive communication is key.

3. Dress Appropriately
Wear neat, modest, and comfortable clothing that is suitable for an educational environment.

4. Speak English as Much as Possible
Volunteers are expected to use English when interacting with students to help them practice in real-life situations.

5. Be Proactive and Supportive
Offer help when needed, show initiative, and be willing to assist with light tasks that support learning and classroom needs.

6. Respect the Schedule
Stick to the agreed working hours and notify us in advance if you are unable to attend due to an emergency.

7. Confidentiality
Respect the privacy of students and staff. Do not share personal information or photos without permission.

8. No Smoking, Alcohol, or Drugs
These are strictly prohibited in the work environment.

9. Have a Learning Attitude
Be open to feedback, new experiences, and different cultures. This is a chance to grow personally and professionally.

10. Enjoy and Have Fun
Bring positive energy and enjoy your time with the community!
