Beautification: building, renovation and maintenance
The experience
Where in the process of beautifying the retreat, which consists of four yoga holes, various Cabanas and private accommodations, dorms, office spaces, various gardens and common areas.
Ideally, applicants would have some form of background in construction, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, masonry etc.
However, if you have a passion for creation, enjoy being Physically Active and have an open mind to learn this is equally welcomed.
What you offer
25 hours of help per week
Painting & Decorating:
Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.
Building & Repairing:
Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

2 days off per week
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Fluent English or Beginner Spanish
Over 23 years old
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details
You help 25 hours a week in exchange for accommodation, several freshly cooked vegan meals daily, and an opportunity to join complementary yoga classes. You will also be required to attend two required meetings per 5 weeks.
Activities & Shift
You help 5 hours per day, 5 days a week across a variety of tasks. You must be ready to adapt to the hot and humid climate in Mazunte, Mexico.
Rules
During your stay at the center, we request abstinence from alcohol and recreational drugs. This comes from a place of supporting the spiritual practice and in solidarity to members of the community.
