The experience
Opportunity to get deep into the community lifestyle while being the head volunteer welcoming and caring for the short term volunteers and assisting Kelsey the manager during her studies to keep everything running smoothly.
This position includes food & spending money to support the possibility to stay for 3-12 months.

What you offer
25 hours of help per week
Cleaning:
Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Housekeeping:
Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.
Administration:
Help with booking systems and payments.
Reception:
Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.
What you get
2 days off per week
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch:
You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Free Laundry:
You can use our laundry room freely.
Bikes at your disposal:
You can use our bikes any time you want.
Pick Up:
We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.
Yoga classes:
Take free yoga classes at our place.
Use our equipped kitchen:
Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.
Fast Internet Access:
High-speed internet for you to work remotely
Dedicated Workspace:
Specific space for you to work remotely

Program Details
Support our non-profit with your long-term stay. We need assistance from volunteers who can stay longer periods to learn the place and people. Our place is a refuge for so many, the nature, the community will nurture and support you naturally in return. Its possible to stay 3-12 months if it feels right.
Activities & Shift
Learn all the aspects of running a center in a community. Including the hostel, coursecenter, garden, cleaning routines, maintenance (ie if anything needs fixing, refilling ), assist with guests checking in and out now and then, helping to keep the coursecenter clean and cared for, hostel laundry, and small tasks that can come up around the center. You will only be given tasks that you feel you can do or want to learn.
