The experience

We’re in full build-it-and-make-it-awesome mode! We’re looking for hands-on help with renovation, light construction, and gardening as we bring the hostel to life. Creative minds are also super welcome—whether it’s content creation, helping plan our big opening party, or brainstorming cool ideas to make the space feel extra special.

What you offer

24 hours of help per week

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

3 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Requirements

Intermediate Spanish or Intermediate English

Between 18 and 45 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

Volunteers will work 24hours each week, in 4 shifts of 6 hours each.
In exchange you get a bed in our Volunteers Team Dorm :)

Rules

We expect you to be punctual, respectful and responsible with your given shifts and with all the backpackers staying in the hostel. This is 100% priority and we have zero tolerance for misbehaviour towards our hosts and ourselves.
