All-round helper in a young sailing school on a tiny island
The experience
We're looking for a flexible and motivated person to help with various daily tasks in our sailing school: cleaning, setting up common areas, basic maintenance.
You'll join a young, friendly team on the beautiful island of Ventotene. We work hard but have fun, and you'll have time to explore and enjoy nature!
also, you can sail with us in tour free days! the only requirement is 30$ (a year) for the insurance
What you offer
32 hours of help per week
Kitchen Hand:
Help prepare, finish and serve meals.
Cleaning:
Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Housekeeping:
Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.
Reception:
Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Shared Dorm:

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa
Activities & Shift
Volunteers help with general maintenance of the house, cleaning shared spaces, setting up outdoor areas, supporting basic logistics, and helping with meals. Shifts are 7 hours a day, 5 days a week, with 2 full days off.
All work is done during daytime only, with no night shifts. The shift is usually split in two parts, with a long and relaxing break in between. Some flexibility is appreciated depending on weather and team needs. No sailing skills are required, but a hands-on attitude is essential.
