The experience

Looking for a sunny escape? ☀️🌊 Join our fun and vibrant hostel team in the heart of Ayia Napa, one of Europe’s most famous beach party destinations!

We’re looking for friendly volunteers to help us keep the hostel clean and welcoming for guests. The main tasks include cleaning and helping with check-ins — always with a smile and good vibes 😄.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

1 day off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Over 22 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

If you’re up for meeting travelers from around the world, enjoying turquoise beaches, and being part of a relaxed but social environment, this is your place! 🎉🌴

Volunteers help with housekeeping tasks in the morning (light cleaning of common areas and rooms), and occasionally assist in welcoming guests and showing them around the hostel. No experience is needed — just a positive attitude and willingness to help.

We’ll make sure you have plenty of free time to relax, go to the beach (just a few minutes away!), or explore the local scene 🏖️✨.
