The experience

We’re a chill, surfer-style hostel in the south of Tenerife, just 3 minutes from the beach.
We have a big outdoor communal area perfect for relaxing, socializing, or sun/stargazing.
We’re a bit tucked away from the town — peaceful and surrounded by nature, but still walkable to what you need.
Volunteers enjoy a shared kitchen, shared good vibes, and an open heart for all.

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Cooking: Choose the menu, pick ingredients and cook delicious dishes.

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Program Details

At our, we’re a small team of around 6–7 volunteers who help keep the house running smoothly and make sure it feels like home for everyone. Tasks include making beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen, and keeping common areas tidy. You’ll be working alongside our two managers, our amazing head cleaner, and of course, our two beloved cats/bosses 🐾.
Together, we create a welcoming, warm, and fun environment for guests from all over the world.

Activities & Shift

Most of your shifts will be focused on housekeeping, shared fairly among the team. When we have enough hands on deck, each volunteer can take on one activity shift per week — whether that’s organizing a beach volleyball game, leading a hike, or offering a small workshop based on something you’re passionate about.
We also invite our volunteers to cook dinner for guests, and you’re welcome to earn a bit of money on the side while sharing a delicious meal and connecting with people.

Rules

We’re a super chill hostel, but we do ask everyone to respect a few basics: keep quiet during night hours, respect each other’s personal space, and follow normal hostel etiquette. Other than that — bring your best energy, an open heart, and be ready to enjoy island life with us 🌴
