What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.


What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Program Details

What we expect from you:
As a volunteer at Stay in Du Gia – Hostel & Bar, your main role is to support the local community through English teaching and cultural exchange, while also helping us grow our small business. You don’t need to be a professional teacher—just bring a positive attitude, clear communication, and a genuine desire to make a difference. By working with us, you’ll help bring more value to others and create a positive impact in Du Gia.

Your responsibilities may include:
Teaching simple English to local children and young adults

Helping our local team practice conversational English

Assisting occasionally with hostel tasks (welcoming guests, socializing, or basic help)

What you can expect from us:

Activities & Shift

Shift Details:
Working hours: ~5 hours/day

Rules

To make sure everyone has a great experience, we kindly ask all volunteers to follow these simple guidelines:

Respect the local culture and community. Du Gia is a quiet, traditional village—please be mindful of local customs and behavior.

Be responsible and show up on time for any planned activities or classes. The community is counting on you!

Keep common areas clean and tidy. We’re all sharing the space, so teamwork is key.

No excessive drinking or partying. This is a peaceful environment, and we want to maintain a safe, respectful atmosphere.

Be open-minded and flexible. Plans may change depending on weather, local events, or guest needs.

Communicate openly. If you have any questions, ideas, or concerns—just talk to us! We’re here to support each other.
