The experience

We’re a joyful family living 15 minutes from Palermo’s center. Gianni (47), Gaelle (40), and our kids Gabriele (9) and Emanuele (6) love welcoming guests, sharing meals, music, and exploring the city together. We're curious about other cultures and excited to share our daily life and Sicilian traditions with you!

What you offer

16 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

What you get

3 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate Italian or Intermediate English

Between 20 and 50 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

We have 2 childen so babysitter are welcome, and pls we need help to clean house.
