The experience

Arusha is located northEast of Tanzania.from Kilimanjaro airport to home is 43.8 km and Arusha airport is 6.3 km.We have good and nice rooms for guests with mosquito nets.We need volunteers for the need to develop our academic performance we have schools around our village which need more knowledge hence improve the academic status of our young generation..We need to learn other cultures around the world.

What you offer

18 hours of help per week

Child Care: Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

3 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Discounts on Accommodation: Get discounts for your stay in other hostels.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Program Details

We need volunteers who can help in teaching our local schools in order to improve our academic level, the volunteers will teach primary students..we need help in science, mathematics, english, sports, geography and other studies for primary student.

Activities & Shift

The volunteers will go to school in the morning and comes home afternoon so the volunteer will stay in school for 5-6 hours a day. After school he or she will continue with his own programs like resting or going to town and other natural places to feel the Tanzania nature like mountain hiking and viewing the town.
Also we normally visits Orphanage centers to support and play with kids.
During the weekends the volunteers can join safari groups they can decide where to go like Ngorongoro crater, Tarangire or serengeti National park
