My time in Château de Bosgouet was simply wonderful! As my first experience of volunteering i just loved it, the place is just beautiful, the work varies from day to day but the working hours are always respected. I had the chance to befriend with many volunteers from different parts of the world, I could always use a bike to go visit the nearby atractions or turistic places and Peter was always flexible with the days off, thanks to that I got to know many lovely places from Normandy! An experience I would really recommend for someone new or who wants to find some peace! Gonna miss them a lot

My time at the farm felt like a home away from home. The jobs themselves while sometimes hard were never too much, and both Peter and Jane made sure that the hours and level of work was always respected. The living space is cozy and comfortable, and you have everything that you need right there; I honestly didn't want to leave haha. The property itself is large and surrounded by gardens and forest, where they grow their own produce that is so so delicious(thanks Jane!) It's also not too far from the shops and Paris itself. Couldn't recommend it enough, I really hope to come back some day.

What a beautiful place Jane and Peter and the family have created here. An oasis in a sea of sameness. The most kind and caring hosts, always going above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and provided for. Always laughs, always flexible, work never feels like work. Toby the dog is too cute and the chickens are now my adopted family. I learnt new skills, had time for my own work while enjoying a truly tranquil and simple life at the farm. The volunteers have their own separate apartment, which gives the days here a homely atmosphere. Jane and Peter—thank you with all my heart.

I stayed at petter and jane's house, and my first impression was stunning. It is a huge house which it can take magnificent pictures around of the house. Likewise, the food that Jane prepares, is extremely delicious. It was an experience I will never forget. Thanks, Petter and Jane.

I had a great time volunteering with Peter and Jane. They are very kind and always making sure everyone feels comfortable and welcomed. The farm is a perfect place to enjoy nature and disconnect for a bit. The work were quite varied, so it never got boring. I learned a few new things and still had plenty of free time to relax or explore the surroundings. Overall, it was a really positive experience. I felt appreciated, learned a lot, and had fun. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place.

My trip was cut short due to airline issues but this really wasn't what I expected from my experience. The jobs were easy and time was respected. The hosts rely on other volunteers to get you comfortable and shown everything instead of making themselves accessible to you. The hosts lack communication between each other, when I had agreed upon a ride with the one host to meet my car he forgot and the other host suggested I walk on a highway and blamed me. Not the most friendly environment and you will probably be bored. The work was easy though if you just want to disconnect and be at peace.

Marissa mixed up her bus and ended up at another bus stop. To help her out we went out of our way to pick her up, but she didn't explain where she was clearly so we went to the normal bus stop and she was not there. We found Marissa to be a little stressed as did all the other volunteers. Perhaps she was not suited to a country destination

Fue una experiencia realmente increíble, es un castillo y un lugar maravilloso con tranquilidad y paz mejor dicho, es un sitio de desconexión y encuentro con la naturaleza y con uno mismo. Las tareas no fueron difíciles, el tiempo fue flexible y Peter y Jane fueron serviciales. Hubo bicicletas a disposición en mis tiempos libres y pude salir a conocer. Peter & Jane muy agradadecido con todo lo compartido. Saludos

El voluntariado en si esta bastante bien, es en un lugar que si no te informas bien puede ser de dificil acceso pero si averiguas no es tan dificil, los dueños son buenas personas pero me parece que se podria mejorar la organizacion y sobre todo el tema horarios.
