The experience

📍 The project is located in Phang Nga, 20 min. from Phuket
We’re building new shelters for rescued street dogs.
Two dog houses are already built, but we still need to paint the interiors and exteriors – and that’s where we need your help.
This is more than just helping paint walls – you’ll be directly contributing to creating a safe and structured home for street dogs who have been through a lot.
Your help makes a real, visible difference.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

4 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Program Details

💪 What we’re looking for:
• A hardworking couple, ideally with basic DIY/painting experience
• A valid international driver’s license is a big plus

🛵 If you have an international driver’s license, I’ll rent a scooter for you at my expense. You can use it to travel to the project and also privately during your stay.

If you don’t have a driver’s license, I will drive you to the project and pick you up each day – which is possible, but it takes a lot of time from my schedule.

🏠 Accommodation & Living:
You’ll stay with me in Phuket, where I live with several of our rescued dogs. You’ll have your own room and be part of our little pack. It’s simple, cozy, and full of love.

Activities & Shift

Since the project is about 1 hour away from my place in Phuket, we’ve structured the volunteering like this:
• 3 full days per week
• Around 10 hours per day, including travel time
• 2–3 hours are just for transport (round trip)
• The rest of the week is yours to relax, explore, or spend time with our dogs 🐶
