This was my very first experience of volunteering at a hostel. Elkid is so easy to get along with and he is very patient. He took the time necessary to make sure I knew what was expected of me. He taught me the ins and outs of how to run a hostel, and included me in his decisions around the changes he was incorporating into the hostel. He treated me with respect and has become a great friend. I was responsible for changing the beds, laundry, and check ins when he was not around. I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with the guests. Elkid has become family to me, and I look forward to visiting!
