What You’ll Do:
Promote our travel programs and community projects across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
Create engaging content—photos, videos, blog posts, and reels—highlighting our tours, cultural activities, and volunteer stories
Support website updates and digital marketing campaigns to reach more volunteers and travelers
Help grow our online presence and connect with new audiences around the world
Assist with basic graphic design, writing, SEO, or email outreach (based on your skills)

Activities & Shift
Morning Routine (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Daily Briefing & Content Planning
Meet with the program team to discuss daily goals and assignments
Plan content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), website, or blog
Discuss upcoming tours and activities to capture on camera
9:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Content Creation & Marketing Tasks
Capture photos/videos during local tours, activities, or cultural events
Edit and upload content for social media platforms, focusing on engagement and community stories
Draft blog posts or social media captions highlighting local tours, volunteer impact, or traveler experiences
Help with website updates, creating new pages or improving existing content (writing, images, SEO, etc.)
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Strategy & Outreach
Research potential partnerships, collaborators, and new audience groups (other travel blogs, influencers, platforms)
Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms
Reach out to potential volunteers or travelers via email or social media
Lunch & Break (12:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
Enjoy a shared meal with fellow volunteers or locals
Relax, explore, or take a walk to recharge for the afternoon
Afternoon Activities (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
2:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Assisted Tours & Activities Documentation
Join a local tour, activity, or community project and capture engaging content (videos, photos, stories)
Create behind-the-scenes content about the day’s experiences for social media
Post real-time updates or stories on Instagram/TikTok to engage followers during the event
3:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Volunteer Promotion & Outreach
Create and schedule social media posts about upcoming tours, activities, and events
Write testimonials or success stories for the website to encourage Volunteers
Rules
Professional Conduct
Respect local customs and traditions. Always act with sensitivity and awareness toward the local culture.
Be punctual and reliable for all activities, tours, and content creation schedules.
Treat team members, locals, and other volunteers with kindness and respect.
Dress appropriately for the activities and locations you’ll be visiting (i.e., no inappropriate attire during cultural or community events).
2. Content Creation & Social Media
Obtain consent before taking photos or videos of individuals, especially locals or children.
Only share content on approved social media platforms. Ensure that the material aligns with the organization’s values and objectives.
Avoid sharing sensitive or personal information about participants, locals, or the program in public posts.
Tag and credit the organization, partners, and relevant individuals in all posts related to the program.
Post responsibly: Avoid making claims that are misleading or inaccurate about the program or local experiences.
3. Digital Marketing & Promotion
Promote only the approved tours and activities. If asked to share anything else, seek permission from the program coordinator.
Help generate authentic content: Showcase real experiences, honest feedback, and local stories rather than over-edited or staged content.
Follow the content calendar provided by the team. Stick to deadlines for submitting content, blog posts, or social media updates.
Respect copyright laws: Always attribute images, music, and other content appropriately.
4. Volunteering & Responsibilities
Complete your assigned tasks on time, whether it's content creation, outreach, or assisting with tours.
Collaborate and share ideas with other volunteers, the marketing team, and local staff.
