The experience

Join 360 as a volunteer and help create an unforgettable experience for our guests! You’ll assist with managing surf photos and videos, capture daily life for social media, and help host fun weekly events like Family Dinners and Bonfire Nights. It’s the perfect opportunity to connect with people from around the world, enjoy island life, and be part of a warm, surf-loving community. Minimum stay: 2 months, starting end of Nov/beginning of Dec :)

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely
