The experience

We are looking for someone good in comunication that would like to do marketing in the hostel and outside the hostel lead our tours around the area.
There are 4 to 6 trips happening and you would have to sell it, leading and comunicate with drivers .

The tours are simple and well organize it you can find it on our website .

There are also several hike that you can promote and you can help to make budget and sell it with our manager




What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Additional fee required

Amount: € 50 Per week

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers

Description: You get Dinner and breakfast meal budget every day of your stay

What you get

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate Russian or Fluent English

Between 18 and 25 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Travel insurance

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

YOU WILL NEED TO CREATE A TOUR WALL AND INVOLVE PEOPLE TO JOIN YOUR ACTIVITIES.

- You will be the one promote the trips too and explain people AND SELL them.

Activities & Shift

trips usually are around 5 - 8 hours a day

if there are no trips you help other voluunteers in other activities or you can find ways to promote them.
