Want to wake up surrounded by majestic mountains and fresh alpine air? Join a cozy alpine guesthouse in Austria where your days are filled with purpose, nature, and cultural exchange. We're looking for someone versatile, hands-on, and motivated to support our small but friendly team.

You’ll help with daily tasks like preparing breakfast, keeping rooms tidy, and assisting with guest service — all while enjoying the peaceful charm of the Alps. 🏞️

What you offer

24 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

What you get

1 day off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details

Here, every day is a mix of light hospitality tasks and immersion in alpine culture. You’ll help:

🧹 Clean and organize rooms & shared areas

🍽️ Support in guest service (welcoming, helping in the dining area)

🏡 Maintain a clean, cozy and welcoming atmosphere

Tasks are rotated depending on needs, but your day will typically start in the morning and finish by early afternoon, leaving plenty of time to explore.
