Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Looking for a creative adventure in paradise? Come join us in Pearl Lagoon, on Nicaragua’s stunning Caribbean coast, and help us share the magic of this place with the world! We’re looking for a passionate content creator to level up our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more — while living right by the water in one of the most beautiful and chilled-out places you’ve ever seen.

You’ll be part of a fun, welcoming local crew, surrounded by music, nature, and good vibes. Your job? Capture the soul of this place through photos, videos, reels, and stories — and help us create a consistent, engaging online presence that reflects who we are.

What you'll do:
📲 Create content for Instagram, TikTok & Facebook
📷 Capture daily life, nature, construction progress & local culture
🎬 Edit and organize content for ongoing use
🌴Help occasionally with other tasks around the hotel
🚣‍♀️ Use the kayak whenever you like to explore the lagoon
🍽️ Enjoy daily local meals and good company
🛏️ Sleep on-site or at a nearby guesthouse
🎶 Be part of a lively, musical, family-style vibe
🌍 Connect with locals and dive into Caribbean island culture
