The experience

We have 40 hotel rooms in Manuel Antonio and we would love to fill them up with fun people who want to learn how to surf! We will organize a low key surf week or month and your roll will be to make content, promote it on socials and get some fun people!

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Parties: Get discounts at nearby parties and clubs.

Between 18 and 36 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)
