Here’s how we roll:

1. Share your skills
We’re looking for volunteers who can help with:
– Photography & video
– Social media & content writing
– Hosting guests
– Helping with Airbnb & Booking listings
– Small creative projects around the camp

2. Be responsible
If you commit, show up. We work with trust, and every task—big or small—matters to us.

3. Respect the local rhythm
Life here is slow, peaceful, and intentional. Respect our culture, our time, and the desert flow.

4. Bring good energy
We love laughter, honesty, music, and ideas. Positivity and initiative are always welcome.

5. Stay flexible
Plans can shift with the sand. Be ready to adapt, and you’ll always belong here.

6. Create with soul
Whether you’re filming, writing, or sharing—we’re not chasing trends. We’re telling real stories, with real people.

7. This is home
Treat the camp, the team, and the land with care. This is more than a project—it’s a family.

Come help us share our story with the world, one post, one guest, one sunset at a time.
From the desert, with love.

Rules

This is not a hotel. This is home.
We work with heart, live slow, and build together. To keep the space welcoming for all, here’s what we ask:

1. Respect the flow
We live with nature and people—not schedules. Be present, flexible, and open to shifting plans.

2. Honor your role
If you come to help, help. We value your skills—photos, writing, hosting, creating—and we trust you to show up with intention.

3. Treat the space like your own
Keep common areas clean, help with meals, respect the rhythm of daily life.

4. Good energy only
No ego, no complaining. We sit at the same table, no matter where we’re from.

5. Be mindful online
If you’re creating content, represent our culture with respect. Ask before posting others, and share what you make with us.

6. Communicate clearly
If you’re tired, unsure, or need space—talk to us. We live by honesty.

7. No drama, no rush
This is a place of peace. If you’re here, be here fully.
