Come be part of something meaningful in Arusha! Nestled at the base of majestic Mount Meru and just 45 minutes from Kilimanjaro Airport, our social-impact hostel blends cultural exchange with real community support. 🌄
As a volunteer, you’ll help uplift local children and women through education, care, and empowerment programs — all while enjoying a peaceful, relaxed environment just 10 minutes from Arusha center.
What you offer
25 hours of help per week
Cooking:
Choose the menu, pick ingredients and cook delicious dishes.
Teaching Languages:
Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.
Child Care:
Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.
Social Work:
Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

What you get

You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

On your days off, explore Tanzania’s wonders! We offer budget-friendly safaris to places like Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara 🐘🦓
Activities & Shift
⏰ Schedule:
• 4–5 hours/day
• 5 days/week (2 days off to rest or explore!)
🌱 Daily Tasks:
• Support childcare (playtime, meals, activities)
• Teach English or basic life skills (no experience needed!)
• Participate in community empowerment sessions
• Help with light hostel duties if needed
