Wood and hemp construction helper in Portugal

The experience

We are building a 40m² house from scratch using wood and hemp bricks.
An experienced builder is leading the project and is happy to teach anyone who’s eager to learn and help out.help now with the finnichings and general work on the farm

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Portuguese

Between 20 and 60 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

We are recovering a permaculture farm and creating a food florets and construction a small temple for meditation and activities

Activities & Shift

The work im help the construction will take place in the afternoon from 14-18h Monday to Friday.
Can also have some garden and animal.,some times .

Rules

You have your own house and we will give you food for you to cook . Exceptional we can cook some meals and shear . We are álcool ,drugs and smoke free that’s a requirement.
