I had a fantastic time volunteering at CMK the Center! A remote and peaceful location, there's a little village to explore and also a gorgeous forest to walk through nearby. The work was reasonable and overall well-organised and flexible. In addition, the team there were so open and welcoming; I got to meet heaps of amazing volunteers too, who I loved getting to work with. This was my first volunteering experience, and I absolutely loved it.

This was my first experience as a volunteer and I couldn't have asked for anything better. All the people I met were extremely receptive, friendly, kind and patient. Not everyone speaks English and I don't understand any French, but that didn't stop us from communicating with patience and understanding. The schedules are very organized and it was always very clear what was expected of me. My tasks were explained very well. Furthermore, the place is simply incredible, the connection with nature was spectacular and it was incredible to be able to disconnect from urban life.

This is one of the experiences that will leave you with so much more than you are giving! Everyone here is kind and always willing to help. It will feel like a community where you are welcomed and depending on how involved you want to be, it will make you feel like you belong. The castle and grounds ad just stunning, surrounded by nature, which is perfect for self reflection during your time off. Thank you KMC team for the opportunity to spend an amazing time here. Miss you.

My experience at KMC the Center was truly remarkable. Despite the language barrier, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel like part of a close-knit family. Exploring the profound teachings of the Center Buddhism added a unique depth to my journey. I wholeheartedly recommend this enriching experience to all future volunteers. It was undoubtedly the best time of my life, and I eagerly anticipate my return to this extraordinary community.

CMK the Center was a brilliant volunteering experience! The staff and other volunteers were all incredibly kind, the work was enjoyable, and the accommodation was great. I highly recommend it.

Estar en el centro fue una verdadera aventura. Conocer personas de tantos países me lleno de energía y me sentí cobijado. Excelente lugar para practicar idiomas, todo el tiempo hablamos español, inglés y francés. Fue complicado adaptarse a la comida vegetariana pqe a veces no era suficiente pero era muy rica. Las camas no son las mejores y tienes que buscar alternativas para no amanecer con dolor de espalda. Los monjes son muy amables, el ambiente en general se siente tranquilo, de paz, de compartir. Tener un pequeño pueblo a lado para salir a distraerte es un plus. Muchas gracias, el centro!

Mi primera experiencia voluntariando y no pudo ser MEJOR y EXCEPCIONAL! en el centro center encontre personas maravillosas que me llevo en mi corazón por siempre, desde los coordinadores al ultimo voluntario. Sin duda queda un vacio en mi corazón, pero a la vez lleno de amor! lo recomiendo al 1000%! volveré de seguro ❤️❤️❤️❤️

La verdad fue increible, solo estuve 10 dias hubiese estado un poco mas pero por tiempo no pude. Llegar es un poco lejos pero vale la pena. Me llevo recuerdos y personas bacanes!
